Thank you for shopping with BlueV8. Below are the full terms and conditions of our shipping service for all U.S. domestic orders.

1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) following successful payment verification and order confirmation.

2. Shipping Carrier & Transit Time


Once processed, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS for final delivery within the United States.

Total delivery timeline = Order processing time + USPS transit time.

Standard USPS domestic transit: 2–6 business days.

Please note: We hold no liability for delays once the package is in custody of USPS. All estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer


Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, delivery address, and selected service. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly before order completion.

4. Shipping Address & PO Boxes


You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. BlueV8 is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses provided by the customer.

We deliver to residential street addresses and PO Boxes across the contiguous United States via USPS.

5. Order Tracking


Upon shipment, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique USPS tracking number. You may use this number to monitor package status directly on the official USPS website.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations


To request order changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately at help@bluev8.com.

Requests will only be accepted if your order has not yet entered warehouse processing. Once an order is processed or dispatched, no modifications, address changes, or cancellations can be made.

7. Shipping Delays & Undelivered Packages


Delays: We are not responsible for delivery disruptions caused by USPS service delays, extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or other events outside our direct control.

Lost / Stalled Packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7–10 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team. We will initiate an official inquiry with USPS. All package loss declarations follow USPS mandatory waiting protocols.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries


Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and original shipping box. We will resolve all issues promptly.

9. International Shipping


At this time, we only provide domestic U.S. shipping service. All international shipping inquiries must be submitted to us via email prior to placing an order.
