Thank you for shopping at BlueV8. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@bluev8.com within 30 days of delivery.
You must include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Please do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving an RA number. Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays or be refused.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. BlueV8 is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
7. 20-Year Product Warranty & Free Replacement
This is separate from your 30-day return window.
All BlueV8 products are covered under a 20-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.
For any factory-related defects within the warranty period, we provide free replacement service at no additional cost to the customer. We will cover all associated shipping fees for warranty replacements.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, modification, or normal wear and tear.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@bluev8.com. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and visible damage. We will cover return shipping and arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please:
- Check your bank account or payment method statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays are common.
If you still have not received your refund, email us at help@bluev8.com and we will further investigate.
