This warranty is designed to give customers confidence that their BlueV8 product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects related to the BlueV8 product itself, including:
- The device does not power on under normal use
- The LED indicator does not light up or does not work as expected
- The product stops functioning under normal operating conditions
- Other product-related failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship
If a covered issue is confirmed, BlueV8 may provide a replacement product at no charge.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Use on an unsupported or incompatible vehicle
- Physical damage, impact, crushing, bending, or broken connectors
- Water damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, or moisture damage
- Fire, extreme heat, external electrical problems, or vehicle wiring problems
- Product modification, tampering, opening the device, or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen products
- Any damage to the vehicle, diagnostic fees, towing, labor costs, installation costs, or other incidental costs
This warranty applies only to the BlueV8 product itself. It does not cover the vehicle, vehicle parts, labor, diagnostics, or third-party costs.
Who Is Covered
This warranty is available only to the original purchaser.
The warranty claim must be started from the same email address used for the original order. This helps us verify the purchase and process the claim faster.
This warranty is not transferable to a second owner or another person.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please email us with the subject line:

Please send the email from the original order email address.
In your email, please include:
- Your original order number, if available
- Your vehicle year, make, model, engine, and transmission, if known
- A clear description of the problem
- Whether the LED light turns on or not
- Clear photos of the product
- Any short video or additional photos that help show the issue, if available

Review and Processing Time
After we receive the required information, BlueV8 will review the warranty claim within 1–2 business days.
If more information is needed, we may ask for additional photos, a short video, or vehicle details before approving a replacement.
Replacement Shipping
For approved warranty claims within the United States, BlueV8 will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.
In some cases, we may ask the customer to return the original product for inspection. If a return is required for an approved warranty claim, we will provide return instructions.
Warranty Remedy
For approved warranty claims, BlueV8 may, at its discretion, replace the product with the same model or a functionally equivalent model.
A replacement product does not restart a new 20-year warranty period. The original purchase date remains the start date of the warranty coverage.
Important Notes
BlueV8 reserves the right to deny warranty claims that involve misuse, incorrect installation, incompatible vehicles, physical damage, water damage, product modification, or claims that cannot be verified.
This warranty gives you specific warranty coverage for your BlueV8 product. Customers are responsible for making sure the product is compatible with their vehicle before purchase and use.
